But now. I actually need to have a discussion, a rule change (well, a rule MAKE), and an OOC reveal about this Unova! You see, I've been pondering those people with spirits following them... Astral, War-Rock and QB... even Garland would count, seeing as he's from a different point then Cilan and has a lot of character... and I've decided to put a rule in place for characters like them. If you've already got one, no worries.

The rule?

You now need to write a mini-app for them too, both spirit characters and returning Pokemon. I've got a page for it! And there's gonna be a bit in the taken page for them... as reference, of course. As I've already ruled, somebody can app an OU version of the character, even if you have them as an OU side-character. You can only have one side-character per character, and the apps will be looked at more closely. This is so you don't overcome the six characters per series rule by giving somebody eleventy-billion characters who are bffs with them. (Unless you can give me a good enough or silly enough reason.)

This Unova is weird.

FOR THOSE OF YOU WITH SIDE-CHARACTERS, please fill out the side-character form and post it on the taken list, just the plain old one. Here, I'll even make an example one! It's over there! For Cilan!

And now, the OOC reveal. I thought I'd tell you some stuff OOCly about 'going home'.
Firstly, because the league is closed, nobody can get home yet. You see, there's a ninth badge-like thing there. And it gives the final push of power.
Secondly, when contests open, you won't be able to mix and match ribbons and badges - power conflicts. So there's no loophole like that. And the champ has to sign off the Master Ribbon, so that's why they won't be able to get home yet.

But, going home isn't the end for a character! This is hopefully only gonna be discovered in-game, but characters... when they get the badges, it's not a one-way trip home. The Entralink will open a portal to their world, and they'll be able to go between this world and their home world - and bring friends from this worldf, too! However. It'll only allow people to go home if they are gonna come back sometime. It's like it's alive. And during certain events, it'll prevent going home. Because if you can just flee, what's the point? Also, there will be limits on what can be brought between worlds, but that's a subject for later.

A community will be made for that when the time is right. This has been planned since the beginning - why should I punish the mun for what their character wants? THIS IS ONE OF THE BIG SECRETS OF UNITED ONE. I trust you won't use your infomodding powers, everybody everybody? This is meant to be big IC reveal when it happens.

Yes, I'm still working on the contest/breeding stuff. When that comes around, there will be perks for travelling each path (which'll be revealed at the time. The trainer perk is dorment right now because shut up). Right now, I'm figuring out how eggs will work, after the sillyness of Emmet spreading Joltik all over Nimbasa.

Also, the shops page is still being worked on! But, because I know you'll wanna know... evolution stones are located in Drifveil Market (a different one each day, completly random), really expensively at Black City which is currently mid-sized, and also at Shopping Mall Nine. Pokemon with Pick-Up can also find them - but they can only find one item a week. And they can also find Battle Items, or rarely Dream Mist. This is my ruling. As for TMs? Well, that's why the shop page is taking so long. :p

P.S: AU event planning post going up in a few days. For brainstorming with everybody everybody. If you submit an app during the event, you won't need to take place in it if you really don't want to, just so you know. Because it's an awkward event to enter during.
