OKAY, OOC INFORMATION

united_modsThis isn't the only part of the event - like Halloween, this is a multi-month event, with the cause starting this month! So listen up!
During the speech in Striaton, some Team Plasma grunts were in the Dreamyard, setting up a sort-of bomb. It causes a high-frequency blast which only Pokemon can hear. In the middle of the night, this is gonna go off. The plan was to just scare out the Munna, and that did work - but it's also scared out the Pokemon from the inside of the Dreamyard, inside the building. [And the ones outside, too! Including Abra being a bit more common!]
So, not only are there going to be a buttload of Munna [also Mushana], but also the Pokemon from inside the Dreamyard will be taking residence around Striaton, trying to escape that sound. So, no random encounters there until the events are over, but random encounters in Striaton. The 'bomb' in question only let out the sound once, but it was really annoying! Pokemon with their trainers in Striaton could have also heard it, mind you. Do with that what you want.
The Munna/Mushana in question... the swarm is going to be super large at first, but thin out until the 1st of February, when it seems like there's barely any. That's because members of Team Plasma [note that they're hiding this from the N of this universe] are capturing them, to try and pull a large scale manipulation of dreams on people. These people being the outsiders.
On the 2nd, this plan will go into action, and the Dream Mist will fill the air of Unova.
However, it won't go to plan, 'k? Otherwise that'd be godmoddy levels of no.
Instead of allowing them to manipulate dreams, it'll force the outsiders into the Dream World - or, at least, some screwed up version of their own dreams, in a shared dream setting. During this time, characters can wander between these dreamscapes, and just have trippy shit happen with other people. In this dreamscape, you are allowed to use other characters from your home world - but they will be fakes, dream versions of them.
This'll last for two weeks - note that if people are apped in, they'll be trapped in this dream world too. Also, characters will awaken in the nearest Pokemon Center after the event is over.
