hundreds of them are being sent out to rp accounts everywhere (and only rp accounts weirdly enough) and i don't understand

can everybody just suddenly receive a shiny spinarak to commemorate this absurdity because

Apparently buttloads of RP accounts have been receiving those new blue spider v-gifts from anonymous senders, sometimes with a note attached that just says "<3", but it's only RP accounts and it's all anonymous! I think they're going through communities. Some very old accounts I never use but are still listed in a Dressing Room's masterlist got them, along with Jade, my old account for her and Nepeta! It's so weird!
